Level One Teacher Training Payment Options
Course Outline - Please view before registering.


A deposit of $500 is due by May 20, 2009 to reserve your space and to order your course materials. The remaining cost may be paid by either of two plans:1) $2,080 is due on May 30, 2009. The total pre-registered cost is $2,580.2) $804 is due by June 15, 2009.  $803 is due by July 16, 2009.  $803 is due by August 15, 2009. The payment plan total cost is $2909. Please note that course fees are non-refundable.

$500 registration fee to be charged to my card now.
$803. to be automatically charged to my card monthly June 2009 through August 2009.

Choice B
$500 registration fee to be charged to my card now.
$2,080 to be automatically charged to my credit card on May 30, 2009.
Total cost of Choice B is $2580
 
Choice C
$500 registration fee to be charged to my card now.
Balance to be paid on by check or cash according to the terms of either plan above.
